Pat Cosgrove
Pat has been involved in Winter Carnival since 1988 when he served as a King's Guard. In addition, he served as the 1995 Capt of The Kings Guard and on the Festival cabinet in several roles: Coronation Chair IVR Chair Traditional Events Chair. Pat also served on the foundation board of directors for 4 years.
Pat is currently active with the Minneapolis Aquatennial and has served as a Vice Commodore, Chaired the Beach Bash for a number of years and also served as a Board Member
He lives in Apple Valley and is employed by Global Traffic Technologies as a Technical Service Engineer.
