Button Prize Drawing Rules
Entry constitutes permission for the Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation, producer of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival, or its designated agents to use entrant's name and/or photograph for promotional purposes. The winner is responsible for any federal, state and local taxes. Winners must be 18 years of age or older. No purchases necessary. Need not be present to win. The employees and immediate families of the Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation, as well as its Board of Directors, are not eligible to win any prizes.
