2008 Winter Carnival Contracted Events Program

The Saint Paul Winter Carnival is gearing up for the 2008 Winter Carnival run! This is the 122nd year of the nation's oldest festival.  The festival runs January 23rd through February 3, 2008.

Rice Park and the Landmark Center are the destinations for this year's signature events that we've come to know and love including last year's hit the Hot Dish Tent.  The Winter Carnival will collaborate with Xcel Center to build a partnership around the US Figure Skating Championships opening up cross-promotional opportunities for all involved.

 We are re-organizing the Contracted Events Program into two promotional/advertising levels:

• $500 for the Winter Carnival mark usage. Your fee pays for the usage rights to the Winter Carnival name and logo.  All promotions must be approved by Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation.  We will post your event's information on a shared page on the Winter Carnival website.

• $750 for the website calendar campaign and unique event page. Your fee pays for the mark usage as stated above plus your own dedicated page as well as inclusion on the Winter Carnival Master Event Web Calendar.

• $200 Bonus Offer. An additional $200 will allow your event to receive mention in the 2008 button card.  Contract and payment must be received by 9/30/07 in SPFHF office.
