Serves 6-8 People

Tent
1 11x9 disposable aluminum pan
1 lb ground beef
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 can family size Campbell's Mushroom
soup
1 bag 2 pound Ore Ida Tater
Tots
1 cup shredded mozzarella
cheese
½ cup diced yellow onion
½ cup diced green peppers
½ cup sliced button mushrooms
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp Montreal steak
seasoning
pinch dried Thyme leaves or fresh if
available
pinch ground black pepper
pinch granulated garlic or
powder
Method:
In a large sauce pan sweat the vegetables
with the oil and seasonings on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, add the ground beef
and cook thoroughly when the beef is cooked remove from the heat and drain any
excess liquids. Add the mushroom soup to the pan and return to the heat add your
heavy whipping cream and stir often, heat the mixture for 5 minutes on medium
heat remove and assemble in your 11x9 pan.
The Tater tots can be baked on a cookie sheet pan while you are
preparing the filling this will help to make them crispy and hold there shape
when finished. Combined the Tater tots with the mixture and the shredded cheese
you can layer this if you like or simply mix them all together and bake at 350
in a conventional oven for 45 minutes or until you reach a temperature of 165
degrees for best color bake uncovered.
