An estimated 300,000 people each year take part in the events and activities during the Saint Paul Winter Carnival every winter. In addition, over 300 school kids every winter experience the fun and excitement of learning about our Saint Paul heritage. By joining the Saint Paul Festival & Heritage Foundation you are ensuring the continuation of this 122 year tradition and the celebration of winter through the Saint Paul Winter Carnival.
As a member, you'll support one of the largest carnivals in the country, and you'll be granted insider access to festival events.
Membership dollars and financial support are dedicated to the general operating fund of the Saint Paul Festival & Heritage Foundation. Corporate, family and individual memberships and support provides for year round administration and management necessary to ensure the continued growth and success of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival.
